Task #1: Wash |
| DTTLD will inspect the entire aircraft for damage. The aircraft will then be taped and sealed to prevent the contamination of landing gear, pitot/static ports, and brightwork. The landing gear and compartments are then degreased and cleaned. The entire aircraft is washed with environmentally safe soap. The aircraft is then dried using squeegees and soft cloth. The windows are cleaned and the tires and boots dressed. |
| Task #2: Wash and Wax |
| Task #1 plus a complete waxing of all painted surfaces using Teflon or Carnauba wax. |
| Task #3: Brightwork |
| All brightwork is polished to a swirl-free, mirror shine. All areas in close proximity to the brightwork are sealed for protection.
