    • What is the cost for each of your services?
    The cost of our services depends largely on the type of plane and the tasks required. At DTTLD ® we recognize value-minded customers and can work with you to meet your needs at a reasonable cost. Contact us by mail, phone or email to the get the most current price quote information.

    Can your company adequately provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all holidays? If not, what are your normal hours of operation?
    Our normal hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday. With sufficient notice, we are available to provide our customers with service for urgent needs 7/24/365.

    How fast are your cleaning services?
    At DTTLD ® we have the personnel, equipment and knowledge to detail an interior, polish the brightwork, and wash a Gulfstream V in one day.

    Number of full-time and number of part-time employees at each location?
    We have two mobile truck and trailer units. These self-sustained mobile units carry five full time and one part time employee, along with the tools and supplies needed to service any aircraft detailing need. The two units give us the ability and flexibility to cover all of the Chicagoland Airports on any given day.

    What are the qualifications of your staff?
    The staff at DTTLD ® are all extremely well-trained and highly motivated individuals. Each employee has been extensively mentored and trained in DTTLD's special cleaning methods and are willing to work long hours to ensure that a job is done right.

    Can you provide proof of liability insurance?
    DTTLD ® can provide our customers with proof of our liability insurance.

    Are the cleaning products used aviation-safe?
    The cleaning products used follow Mil Specs.

    What type(s) of equipment does your company have access to? (GPU’s, workstands, cleaning aids, buffers, etc.)?
    Each trailer unit contains a 26ft electric scissor manlift, platforms, ladders, pneumatic buffers, generator, dry cleaner, hoses and soaper. We also provide a 185 CFM mobile compressor needed for polishing brightwork and paint. We have access to GPU’s at each location covered.
